Association Living

If
enjoying your home without having to worry about outside maintenance is your
preference, consider purchasing a home with an association. A homeowner's
association typically is in place with condos, townhomes, and single level
living. Simply put, a monthly fee is charged by the association (depending
on the association, typically ranging from $100-200). Each member of the
association contributes to the fee. The fees are then used to pay for lawn
care, snow removal, sanitation services, homeowner's insurance, etc. Each
varies with the services they provide. Typically, once a development is
completed, a management company is contracted to hire the different services
provided.
Ivory Street Development has four different neighborhoods
offering townhome
association living: Fawn Meadows in Pine City, Fox Run in Mora, Horseshoe
Meadows 2nd Addition in Braham, and Horseshoe Meadows 4th Addition in Braham.
(See our available homes to view properties) For $125 a month, your
association will take care of all outside maintenance on your home per the
community's covenants. The
homeowners' association uses the homeowners' monthly
association fees for
expenses like lawn care, snow removal, landscape repair, maintaining exterior
lighting and other general maintenance or enhancement to the community. Your
homeowners' association ensures that you community is kept in excellent
condition and that you never have to hassle with exterior maintenance.
If you choose a different development and area to live in,
association living is still possible. Each development and home will offer
different amenities and monthly fees. Your Ivory Street Realty
professional can let you know exactly what you can expect with the home you
select.
