All Ivory Street homes have at least a two-car attached garage. The average two-car garage is approximately 20-foot wide by 20-foot deep, allowing room for two average-sized vehicles. All garages have the option for an automatic garage door opener. Most homes also have a parking pad outside of the garage for parking at least two additional vehicles. All of our garages also include a service door that separates the garage from the home.  The service door can be locked to prevent access into the home from the garage, giving you additional security.
