Yes! - You can have a pet! All of our developments-- including the townhomes-- are pet friendly!   Although covenant restrictions on the size, some breeds and number, all of Ivory Street's developments allow cats and dogs.   All of our townhome associations require responsible pet ownership though, including outside "doody-duty", but it is worth it to keep the lawns clean and enjoyable for all homeowners.  Existing real estate offers the same benefits-- but other associations may have different guidelines.
